- We are finished with Syllabus for the time being. You will need it again for your final exam. Read What It Is by Lynda Barry, pages 1-54. From now on bring What It Is with you to class.
ON MARCH 1
Your “realistic” rendering of one of your primitive images is due. Size and media are up to you.
By this date, please also turn in your “planet” story and your “Man-Moth” story.
REMINDERS
- On February 16 and 18, Marce Dupay from the Art Department will be doing collage workshops with us. Bring your cut-out material on those days, heavy paper (Bristol board works great. You can use a piece of Fanboy paper), glue and/or tape, markers, and any other materials you want to use, like paint, color pencils, brushes, etc.
- Don’t forget that Matt Groening and Lynda Barry will be at the Stranahan in Toledo on Friday May 20. I’ve already bought my ticket!
